Pump Products is an industry leader that sells and services 100,000+ unique pumps, parts, motors, and generators. After 5 years on Magento 1, our long-time client needed more accurate search, better data management and faster site performance to future-proof their business.
Magento 2.3 delivered all the features they needed and more. We migrated their site in just a few months, updated their custom ERP integration and added several new B2C and B2B features.
These included an enhanced parts finder, product manual finder and interactive machine diagrams where users can see replacement parts and add them directly to their cart. Together, these UX tools drive Pump Products’ conversion rate and average order value up month over month.
Our developers built an immersive custom Try-On tool that allows users to pick the glasses they like, take a selfie, and see what the glasses look like on them. It’s a custom feature that helped SAV stand out from the competition and has received excellent feedback from customers. The result was a significant lift in eCommerce activity during an ambitious business model transition.
Their biggest challenge in migrating Ultra Scientific’s website was an outdated ASP.net commerce platform. We started from scratch using Magento and built an engaging and intuitive user experience that helps customers quickly find what they needed among 10,000+ organic and inorganic analytical standards products. An advanced shipping integration supports intelligent shipping based on customer location, product quantities, timeline and more.
We built MED a custom online marketplace where they can sell their own equipment and gives third-party B2B companies and dealers a place to sell pre-owned and refurbished models. Custom integrations, complex shipping and payment features and a robust Magento-eBay-Zoho CRM API connection are just a few of the enhancements we made.
We started by migrating their outdated osCommerce site to Magento and then redesigned it to emphasize product search. The custom parts finder caused an immediate lift in conversions and became the primary way users interact with the site. Because SEO was critical, we restructured the site navigation and product hierarchies to support better indexing and search engine visibility.
