A Hot New Sales Site

With more than 20,000 products to manage, several retail partners and a diverse customer base, Hot Tub Spa Supplies needed a comprehensive new web application that could be customized to meet the needs of individual users. They asked us to:

  1. Re-platform to a more flexible CMS that allowed for simplified product categories, a streamlined checkout process, and automated sales fulfillment.
  2. Refresh the company image through a more user-friendly website interface while maintaining brand identity and integrity.
  3. Allow for complete (and intuitive) control over the backend of the site after launch to allow for new growth and additional products.

Research, Planning & Design

To cement their leadership in the industry and create a site that caters to the needs of their customers, we collaborated with Hot Tub Spa Supplies to develop a site architecture that fulfilled their vision. The design began with total responsiveness and scalability in mind, which in turn drove an improved customer experience through better search indexing and a faster checkout process.

Development, Testing & Launch

We migrated their existing website from OpenCart to Magento and implemented key ERP integrations for total control over the sales process. Other search customizations allowed customers to quickly find the products they wanted, and then took them quickly through the checkout process. Finally, we conducted a total site audit to ensure seamless functionality at launch.
