The transition from Magento 1 to Magento 2 addressed various challenges and improved business processes for Red Paper Plane:

• Through integrations and functional updates, DCW enhanced catalog management, customer interactions, and order processing for Red Paper Plane.
• Implemented a user-friendly feature allowing customers to order sample products free of charge.
• Enhanced user experience by integrating a shipping calculator directly onto the product details page, reducing the number of steps for customers.
• Customized the My Account Dashboard section to seamlessly integrate with PrintQ, enabling users to upload custom designs for their placed orders.
• Utilized Avalara’s Tax Exemption feature, allowing users to submit tax exemption certificates and place orders without paying taxes once their applications are approved.
• Implemented a drop-shipping functionality, facilitating direct shipment from manufacturers to customers while keeping the supplier’s identity confidential.
• The Magento 2 migration was done and was integrated alongside PrintQ. PrintQ enabled customers to customize their orders online and place them.
