He has an MBA in Information Systems and spent his early career at top IT service companies. Today he spearheads our client tech solution strategies.

It's almost like his brain never leaves the office...Malay is a PMP certified project manager and a Magento Solution Specialist. He oversees our project teams and ensures that they deliver client websites on time and on budget.
When he’s not managing site launches, Malay enjoys playing tennis and watching soccer, cricket, and (you guessed it) tennis. He has many interests and more than a few talents, but he doesn't understand fashion. So never ask him for style advice...ever.Kim heads DotcomWeavers’ client relations and project management. She is the critical link between our developers and clients. Kim is here to ensure that every client partnership is successful.
When she isn’t working with clients, she enjoys listening to professional development podcasts while walking her two chihuahuas...and trying to figure out why her parents named her after the Pink Power Ranger.Vedant manages the digital marketing initiatives for both DotcomWeavers and our clients. He also analyzes marketing and sales data to drive improvements week over week. He’s putting his dual degree in Marketing and Finance to good use.
What else? Vedant loves reading. And not just tech blogs and marketing guides. Sci-fi, thrillers, psychology and a few graphic novels line his shelves (and Audible library). He also loves playing tennis...but expect to wind up at a pizza parlor every outing. His obsession with finding the perfect pie is a little frightening.Matt is our quality assurance guru and lead tester. He reviews the code and site functionality to track problems and help our developers and project managers find solutions.
When he isn't buried in the nitty-gritty of code, Matt travel as often as he can. Going with Matt somewhere can be...a bit of an experience...and he tends to make himself laugh without ever explaining what was funny.Anusha is a liaison between the development team and our clients. She makes a custom development plan for every project and guides them toward completion. Her background in project management and business analysis (combined with a penchant for active listening) makes her the perfect client success partner.
When she isn't speeding projects toward launch, Anusha is bopping around listening to her favorite tunes. But keep an eye on your food while she’s on the move - she has a habit of running off with other people's chocolate. With over a decade of content creation and digital marketing experience, he ensures that the right people see the right content.
Outside the office, he enjoys reading mythology and history after a massive breakfast or before a rousing night of Dungeons & Dragons. Some people have standing poker nights...but Reed has his D&D days...for 25 years and counting.Deepu is our digital design guru. He has a keen eye for aesthetics, but it’s his ability to blend incredible visuals with seamless, conversion-driving UX that sets him apart. And he’s also involved in every design handover to the development team. This means that every fantastic website layout he creates is realized online – functional, compelling and 100% mobile friendly.
Outside the office, Deepu explores his passion for photography, cooking and solo travel. He documents every adventure, from the remarkable dishes he cooks to the monuments and ancient cities he visits throughout India and farther abroad.Alex is our head of sales and business development.
