How do you start? Visiting Sears, Home Depot and Lowes to purchase all the materials for building a house is one thing. Having the experience, skill and general understanding of how those materials must be molded in order to create a house, is quite another.
This is why there are so many bad websites on the web. It is also why many business owners do not seek help with their web design from professionals. They convince themselves it’s a task they can accomplish alone because they think they have an idea of what’s involved.
The truth is that the only people who can do a professional job for a specific task are the very same people that have trained themselves for most of their lives to do so. If you are in the business of making bricks, and that is all you know, what leads you to believe you can make a website that will stand up to professional scrutiny?
