SuperBreakers is a New Jersey-based B2B & B2C retailer that sells new and used electrical products from top brands at low prices.
They needed to boost their conversion rate, so they approached us for our eCommerce capabilities. By converting their site to the latest version of Magento and implementing third-party modules, we helped SuperBreakers improve the checkout experience and customer journeys.
The UX analysis at the beginning of the project helped us launch the site with features specific to their customer base, such as a quick-order pad, rewards program, and a custom product details page.
Migrating to a new Mangeto version allowed the site to support new functionality and extensions – especially a revamped information architecture.
Our team streamlined the page design and navigation, which made it easier for B2B and B2C customers to shop. The new site featured a robust sitemap that made it easy for contractors and other customers to find the parts they need.
To supercharge this process, we also developed a custom quick order integration that allows customers to search by SKU and instantly add items to their cart. Finally, their ERP (QuickBooks and THub) was integrated with the store, and then Channeladvisor was implemented for a true multi-channel solution.
Today, we continue to create roadmaps for SuperBreakers’ online business growth. We aided them in their hiring process to maximize the potential of their website with quality talent, realigned their web teams, and improve their customer service process. This made them ready to capitalize on the multi-channel market.
