Jamali Garden is a globally-inspired, NYC-based wholesale source for event planners, vendors and creative people to find unique items that help them put on beautiful events.
Their diverse (and deep) product offerings meant they needed a powerful new platform and content management system that looked classy and worked like a charm. They asked DotcomWeavers to deliver a next-gen, mobile-friendly web solution that would take them into the future.
The switch from Joomla to Magento helped Jamali Garden solve it’s most pressing issues and positioned them to handling much larger sales volumes.
The architecture and decorations (front and backends) got a complete overhaul with a host of new management and marketing features that expanded website capabilities and attracted new customers. The fun part was that all of this had to happen on a tight - very tight - deadline so they could capitalize on their busiest time of year.
Re-platforming to Magento was a huge upgrade, but Jamali Garden wanted to offer something truly special - and that meant customization. Some coding magic gave the site a host of buyer-focused features that few of their competitors could offer.
These include items like a custom shipping module, enhanced discount management options, one-step checkout, and various custom ERP (enterprise resource planning) integrations to create a creative – and wholly unique – user experience.
