Cutting Edge Stencils makes beautiful stencils for the DIY decorator. They have a huge social media following and great products, but when they came to us, sales were slow and they had limited control over their Magento 1.9.3 site. It was time for an overhaul.
We worked with CES to plan their eCommerce enablement journey. The first task was to migrate to Magento 2.3. This gave them the enhanced site security, faster PHP 7.x codebase and simplified management features they needed. The new platform also supported their user experience and fulfillment upgrades.
The site redesign gave CES a superior user flow and shopping process. This made their customers happier and raised their conversion rate. Working in tandem with the UX was the powerful ShipStation integration which streamlined their order fulfillment. The Cutting Edge Stencils site is a piece of modern eCommerce art – one that will continue to grow in value over time.
