Contact Fill is a Clifton, New Jersey-based company that is part of a family of companies that have sold contact lenses since 2001.
With their sights set on amping up their eCommerce performance, Contact Fill asked DotcomWeavers to migrate their outdated site to the powerful Magento platform. The goal was multi-channel capability and an outstanding user experience.
To coincide with their re-platform from ZenCart to Magento, Contact Fill looked to DotcomWeavers for a scalable and responsive website redesign that would deliver a simplified ordering process and promote their new, forward-thinking brand image.
Understanding their need for an engaging, UX-driven sales platform, we collaborated with Contact Fill to implement a variety of robust features from a streamlined checkout process and convenient, one-step re-ordering system to a user-friendly prescription upload module.
Since the site deals with sensitive medical information, we had to make sure that it was HIPAA compliant. To protect the sensitive information we deployed the site on a secure server which would pass the strict requirements.
For additional security, third-party tools such as Cloudflare and Sucuri were implemented. For more than 3 years, we have continued to support the site with enhancements and maintenance requests.
Contact Fill has seen a significant increase in online conversions since the platforming and moreover, it has also helped them simplify their order fulfillment.
