DotcomWeavers, an NJ-based Web Solutions Company seeks an energetic and positive Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a junior-level position where the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with earning new business which involves sales meetings, proposal writing and the daily upkeep of sales pipeline through our lead management software. Will train the right candidate but sales experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the Web Design and Development field is helpful. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive in, take initiative, help build relationships, assist with fine-tuning our evolving sales strategies and create new business opportunities.
Your Role?
As a Junior Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and executive management as you identify qualified leads to drive business growth. The Sales Coordinator plays an important role on the team by making first contact with prospects and winning further appointments for the senior team to present DCW’s custom tailored web solutions
Job Description
Understand prospective client’s web development project needs to recommend and sell Dotcomweavers (DCW) technical Web Solutions
Develop qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue and close
Prospect via chosen methods which may include: cold calling, email, email drip campaigns, social media outreach
Leverage existing data and also identify key contacts and account information
Ability to take initiative and confidently direct prospect interactions. This may include leading sales calls and meetings, logging detailed
notes and keeping track of tasks/duties through CRM and calendar management
Manage your sales pipeline and consider methods to develop new business opportunities
Think on your feet in any situation and respond to client questions and requests in a professional, attentive manner
Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to assist with project scoping. Facilitate proposal creation.
Qualifications
You are motivated for sales and have an ability to meet sales goals
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify trends, customer needs and build a sales pipeline. Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred
You are flexible, resourceful, energetic, organized and have a get-it-done mentality
Knowledge of the eCommerce space is preferred. Knowledge of B2B selling is a big plus
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
