Business Case Evaluation:
Our business process begins with evaluating your business case, identifying business requirements and preparing technology solutions requirements to fulfill those business requirements. Our consulting team along with a technical expert works with the client's business process owners to conduct a detailed evaluation process to extract key solution requirements. The process allows us to gain clarity of approach and solution on the whole. Throught this steps we are achieving great success in Logo Design, PPC Services, Miva Merchant etc.
Solution Approach & Proposal:
At this stage, we prepare the solution approach to be taken based on the evaluation outcome. This approach is prepared in consultation with our strong team of technical experts who evaluate the feasability and practical boundaries of the solution. In most cases, an alternative solution is always attached with the proposed solution. This is then evaluated in manpower, timelines and financial terms to prepare the final proposal for our client.
Solution Design:
Once the proposal is accepted, our technical design team prepares the visual design flow and architecture of the solution. This requires inputs and feedback from client for accuracy of flow and logic. Our technical design team extracts specific client requirements through an array of questions and also provide their own inputs based on past experience wherever possible. Specific examples from industry or live websites are also expected for further clarity. The User Iterface is also finalized at this stage. An internal plan with respect to development work items is also prepared. These work items are then tracked and monitored individually to ensure milestones are met.
Solution Development & Testing:
Our technical development team now takes over the process and begins development of various components as per the plan prepared in the previous stage. This stage comprises of multiple milestones. At each milestone, several components are completed and plugged into the actual solution. During the entire development process, there is an iterative process of build, test and feedback from client which ensures that the components developed are also tested for correctness. The actual solution is hosted on a development environment to which our customers have exclusive access.
Implementation, Integration and Go Live:
Once the solution is developed and a test run is completed with all components in place, we seek for a final go ahead from the customer. On approval, the web application is then setup on client server. After another round of sanity testing for connectivity and access, the solution is made live.
Support & Maintainence:
We provide an initial support for all our projects post Go-Live. During this period, we monitor the solution, systems and rectify any bugs that may be identified post go-live. We also provide basic user training for system admins and client support team to manage the solution. Based on initial use, we take feedback and suggest further upgrades to the system to provide our clients with an edge over competition. At any point, our support team is always a click away.
