About Our Project
Slideband was created using php/MySQL/Ajax/Flash with a custom CMS. The site allows users to upload documents to a group defined together as a "Slide". All slides are displayed in an interactive flash player with built in chat, ability to comment, share and discuss. Users can login to their accounts and manage their own slides with the ability to display it as private/public. The site has the capability to track slides by most popular, highly rated and pretty much all the other standard Web 2.0 features.
