Solution Framework:

R4L needed to be not just a ecommerce portal, but a complete web based application portal to cater to customers as well as to business users. Dotcomweavers first built the web front which allows customers to login, place orders and manage their phone accounts and services. Various SOAP XML & RPC based web services were integrated to allow customers to directly manage their phone service requests online. Shipping APIs like UPS & USPS were integrated with Rates Selection as well label generation. Paypal Websites Payment Pro and Google Checkout were the primary payment gateway providers setup.

A full fledged information management system was setup on the backend where the business users would be able to take phone orders, manage customer accounts, inventory, sales, generate call reports, invoices, automate billing process, manage content across the site and do lots more. The entire application is driven seamlessly from this backend portal.
