Dotcomweavers was started by three of us in a coffee shop one evening in NJ, US. The idea was to offer web design and development services to small and medium businesses, effectively and efficiently. We knew small businesses are almost always management constrained and operating with limited marketing outlays and therefore unable to address opportunities in new market segments. We knew because we were to become (and still are) one.

Although, we knew this was one of the most competitive “me-too” business to be in, we were convinced that high quality and low price rarely co-existed in this market. We decided to setup Dotcomweavers and got our first project for $8.00. The money was insignificant but we learnt our single-most important business principle. The tenets of our success are simple:
