Dotcomweavers was started by three of us in a coffee shop one evening in NJ, US. The idea was to offer web design and development services to small and medium businesses, effectively and efficiently. We knew small businesses are almost always management constrained and operating with limited marketing outlays and therefore unable to address opportunities in new market segments. We knew because we were to become (and still are) one.

Although, we knew this was one of the most competitive “me-too” business to be in, we were convinced that high quality and low price rarely co-existed in this market. We decided to setup Dotcomweavers and got our first project for $8.00. The money was insignificant but we learnt our single-most important business principle. The tenets of our success are simple:

However, it would be unfair to say Dotcomweavers is just about an individual or two. We are where we are today because of a highly dedicated team – a bunch of highly skilled web services experts who, as individuals, share our everyday love for high quality and low price. Today, we are a full-fledged development organization and can promise to indeed deliver- effectiveness and efficiency- best possible web solutions at best possible prices.

The hands of Dotcomweavers:

Amit Bhaiya - Amit is a business management graduate with over 6 years of experience in business management and project management. Amit currently heads the business development activities for Dotcomweavers. He is responsible for new business acquisitions, customer account management, and also project management for these customers. He acts as the single point of contact for customers allowing them to have quick and correct response regarding requirements, development progress, project updates etc.

Mayank Agrawal - Mayank is a business management graduate specializing in Technology Solutions with about 4 years of experience in development, design and  project management. Mayank is responsible for technical solutions delivery. He works with clients to convert business needs into technical solutions and prepare roadmap to delivery. He is also responsible for delivery of the final output. He leads a team of 6 members and ensures that we deliver best in class solutions for our clients.

Pooja Agrawal - Pooja is a science graduate specializing in Information Technology with about 4 years of experience in project & people management. She is responsible for team management, project management, as well as ancilliary business development alongside Amit.  She heads a development team of 6 members and is also responsible for delivery for this team.
