Our 6 step process keeps our clients informed and enables us to deliver their customized solutions on time. At each step, input and feedback from our customers help to avoid scope deviations at any stage. Our experience makes it very easy on you.Step 1: Business Case Evaluation
Our method starts by evaluating your business, identifying: it's requirements, the resources needed to meet them, and what kind of solutions work for you. Our consulting team, along with a technical expert works with your business to conduct a detailed evaluation process to extract key solution requirements. This allows us to gain valuable background and a proper perspective, which is necessary to begin project planning.Step 2: Solution Approach & Proposal
The purpose of this step is to provide you with, what we know to be, the best approach to be taken based on the outcome of the evaluation. It is prepared in consultation with our strong team of technical experts, the project manager assigned to your project and you. The feasibility and practical boundaries of the solution are analyzed and presented to you in a proposal. In most cases, an alternative solution is always attached with the proposed solution. This is then evaluated in manpower, desired time-frame and total cost. The final proposal is delivered to you with a full explanation of all it contains.Step 3: Solution Design
Once the proposal is accepted, our technical design team prepares the visual design flow and architecture of the solution. This requires input and feedback from our client for accuracy. Our design technicians double and triple check specific client requirements through continuous contact with the client and the assigned project manager. The User Interface is finalized at this stage, giving our clients their first tangible piece of the project. An internal plan, with respect to development work items, is also prepared. These work items are then tracked and monitored individually to ensure milestones are met.Step 4: Solution Development & Testing
Our technical development team now swings into full action. They begin to develop various components as per the plan prepared in the previous step. The rest of this stage is comprised of meeting milestones that were decided upon earlier in the process. At each milestone, several components are completed and plugged in for testing. During the entire development process, there is an interactive process of build, test and feedback you. This, of course, ensures that the components developed are also tested for correctness and their accuracy. The actual solution is hosted on a development environment to, where our customers have exclusive access to their projects.Step 5: Implementation, Integration and Go Live!
Once the solution is developed and a test runs have been completed with all components in place, we seek your approval to go live. Once given, the final product is then setup on the client's server. After another round of sanity testing for connectivity and access, the new face of your online business goes live.Step 6: Support & Maintenance
We provide initial support for all our projects post Go-Live. During this period, we monitor the solution, systems and rectify any bugs that may be identifiedWe also provide:
